Material
Plug made from thermoplastic material (Polyamide 66).
Seal with one (NBR) 70 Shore O-Ring, located inside the special seat.
Dipstick made from phosphated steel, round section.
Description
Cylindrical-headed filler plug with knurled grip and dipstick, 204 mm standard length.
It is particularly indicated where the mounting space is limited, due to its reduced dimensions. Airflow capacity (P) shown in the table expressed in litres/minute, measured with a pressure of 50 mbar.
Colour
Black with red lid.
Assembly
Press-fit (execute a hole of ±0.1 requested diam. with acceptance chamfer 1/45°).
Notes
For minimum quantities of 250 pcs. dipstick can be supplied in different lengths and with min-max notches.
The special model FLEX can be provided, for suitable quantities, with flexible dipstick in flat version. The surface finish is protected by zinc phosphate treatment, min-max level notches can also be provided.
