Material
Plug made from thermoplastic material (Polyamide 66)
Dipstick made from phosphated steel, round section.
Seal with (NBR) 70 Shore O-Ring, located inside the special seat.
Description
Cylindrical-headed filler plug with knurled grip and dipstick with standard length of 204mm. The plugs are supplied with six vents, located unter the grip. They are particularly indicated where the mounting space is limited, due to their reduced dimensions. Airflow capacity (P) shown in the table expressed in litres/minute, measured with a pressure of 50 mbar.

Assembly
Press-fit (execute a hole ±0.1 of the requested diam. with acceptance chamfer of 1/45°).
Notes
Upon request and for a quantity of at least 250 pcs the dipsticks can be supplied in different lengths and with min-max notches.
The special model FLEX can be provided for suitable quantities, with flexible dipstick in flat version.
The surface finish is protected by zinc phosphate treatment, min-max level notches can also be provided.
