Plug made from thermoplastic material (Polyamide 66) ensuring high mechanical resistance at both low and high temperatures.
Dimensional stability and shock resistance.
NBR 70 Shore, oil resistant, O-Ring seal.

Description

Cylindrical-headed filler breather with vertical ribs for a better grip.
For its large breathing capacity, it is recommended to be used on hydraulic plants or tanks containing liquids which are subject to quick volume changes, where a rapid air outlet or the recall og large air volumes are needed and generally without oil splashes.
Seal by means of two NBR 70 Shore O-Ring seals, located in the special seats.
The one-way valve (controlled by a spring set at 0.20-0.25 bar) allows the venting.
It also prevents the entry of impurities inside and the oil spillage outside, compatibly with the work conditions and the kind of oil which is used.
It is used in applications where an outside air discharge, due to an internal overpressure.

Black with red lid.

Assembly

Press-fit assembly on holes of the requested diameter (tolerance on the hole ±0.1 with an acceptance chamfer of 1/45°).

Notes

The plugs are supplied with "valve" graphic symbol, as standard equipment.
