Plug made from thermoplastic material (Polyamide 66). Seal with flat washer, (NBR) 70 shore.

Description

Cylindrical-headed filler breather with vertical ribs for an optimal grip. Manual tightening. Polyurethane foam air filter, (indicative filtration degree 50 microns) situated under the lid. The filter can be easily replaced once the lid is removed. The plugs have been especially designed for those applications where oil is subject to a strong internal slashing and the splashes can be addressed towards the hole where the plug is mounted. The special internal design of the plug (see drawings under ''opposite'' cones), retains oil leakages, compatibly with the work conditions and the type of oil which is used. The use of the item series TSF is recommended on hydraulic applications (power units and oil tanks) and on transmission components (gear reducers, gearboxes, converters, multipliers), in hard work conditions. Airflow capacity (P) shown in the table expressed in litres/minute, measured with a pressure of 50 mbar.

Notes

The plugs are supplied, as standard equipment, with UNI oil fill graphic symbol and OIL text.
For suitable quantities the lid can be customized.
