Material
Plug made from thermoplastic material (Polyamide 66) ensuring a high mechanical resistance at both low and high temperatures, dimensional stability and shock resistance.
Polyurethane foam air filter (indicative filtration degree 40/50 microns).
Seal with one (NBR) 70 Shore O-Ring, located inside the special seat.
Description
Cylindrical-headed breather and filler plug with vertical ribs for an optimal grip.
Inside the plug there is a plastic block with a double-valve system: a safety valve set at 0,25 bars (-+0,05) and an inlet valve set at approximately 0,05 bars.
The air filter withholds the impurities and the safety valve protects from oil spillages in mobile or self-propelled applications. The use of this model is recommended in all hydraulic applications where an airflow controlled in both directions is needed: outwards when there is an internal overpressure and inwards when, once the level of the liquid into the tank decreases, an internal depression is produced.
