Double-valve pressurized filler breather with filter and dipstick

Material
Plug made from thermoplastic material (Polyamide 66) ensuring a high mechanical resistance at both low and high temperatures, dimensional stability and shock resistance.
Polyurethane foam air filter (filtration degree 50 microns), which can be easily replaced, by taking off the red lid.
Phosphated steel dipstick, round section. Oil seal with 70 Shore (NBR) O-Ring, located inside the special seat.
Description
Cylindrical-headed breather and filler plug, with vertical ribs for an oprimal grip, with dipstick with 205 mm standar length measured from the end stop and filter.
Inside the plug there is a plastic block with double-valve system: a safety valve set a 0,25 bars (+-0,05) and an inlet valve set at approximately 0,05 bars.
The air filter air withholds the impurities and the safety valve protects from oil spillages in mobile or self-propelled applications.
The use of this model is recommended in all hydraulic applications where an airflow controlled in both directions is needed: outwards when there is an internal overpressure and inwards when, once the level of the liquid into the tank decreases, an internal depression is produced.

Notes
The plugs are supplied, as standard equipment, with "double valve" graphic symbol. Upon request and for quantities of at least 250 pieces, the dipstick can be supplied with different lengths, with min-max notches.
