Dipstick with breather holes and two seals

Material
Dipstick made from phosphated steel, round section. Plug made from thermoplastic material (Polyamide 66).
Seal with two (NBR) 70 Shore synthetic rubber O-Rings, located inside the special seats.
Description
Press-fit plug with eye-handle and dipstick with breather hole.
The plug has excellent mechanical resistance features, shock resistance and dimensional stability.
This version is provided with one or two breather holes measuring 2,5 mm, made on the shoulder under the eyelet.
The dipstick is supplied with a standard length of 183 mm. Tolerance of the holes ±0.1 diam. with acceptance chamfer of 1/45°.
Colour
Black or red. Yellow upon request.
Notes
Upon request and for a quantity of at least 250 pieces, the dipsticks can be delivered with a differen length, with min-max notches.
The special model FLEX can be provided, for suitable quantities, with flexible dipstick in flat version.
The surface finish is protected by zinc phosphate treatment, min-max level notches can also be provided.
