Nevertheless, the User shall be liable for the losses incurred by THENAR or other parties because of the utilisation of the User or other third parties’ account or password. Under no circumstances shall the User use another User’s account without the previous authorization of the account holder.

UNAUTHORIZED AND PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of use of Services, the User shall not use these latter for any purpose which could be illicit or unauthorized by these measures and conditions, as well as by the subsequent communications and variations. The User is neither authorized to use the Services in any way that could damage, disconnect, overload or jeopardize even partially the efficiency of a THENAR server or of the networks connected to a THENAR server, nor interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Services from possible other subjects. USE OF SERVICES

The Services offered by THENAR website can include services such as e-mails, newsgroups, forums, communities, technical data, CAB files and/or other messaging or communication services. The User agrees to use the communication Services exclusively in order to publish, send and receive messages or suitable material and, where applicable, the material relating to the specific communication Service. By way of an example, during the utilisation of the communication Services the User agrees not to:

-    Download the files divulged by another User of the communication Service and which are known - or should be reasonably known – to be not reproducible, displayable, executable and/or distributable legally according to such methods.
-    Falsify or delete information concerning the copyright management such as attributions of property, legal or otherwise notifications, that is property designation or origin labelling of the software or of other material contained in an uploaded file.
-    Limit or prohibiting other Users from use the communication Services.
-    Infringe any Code of Conduct or other Conduct Guidelines which can be applicable to a specific communication Service. Collect information about other Users, including the relevant e-mail addresses. Infringe any applicable law or regulation.
-    Create a false identity with the intention of misleading other Users.
-    Use, download or otherwise duplicate or supply – possibly also for a fee – a natural person or a legal entity with a directory of Users or Services or any other information or possible profiles psychographic profile about the Users and the use or a part of them.

Furthermore, THENAR reserves the right to stop the User’s access to all the communication Services - or to a part of them – of any time without notice and for any reason.

THENAR reserves the right to spread at any time any information received from the User and considered necessary to fulfil all the enforceable obligations outlined in the regulations, laws, proceedings or government requirements, i.e. to modify integrally or partially materials or pieces of information at his discretion only.

- The Website is owned and directly controlled by THENAR S.R.L. and the Terms of Use as well as the use of the Site shall be interpreted and protected in accordance with the Italian law. Any arising controversy can only be referred to the Court of Reggio Emilia.

Privacy Policy - EU 679/2016 Regulation

THENAR® respects the confidential nature and privacy of the information relating to the User and which could be put on or sent to the Site.
THENAR® neither accepts nor in any way manages or acquires, even temporarily, sensitive and private information (for example religious faith, political affiliation, racial or ethnic origin, state of health, etc.) relating to a User unless it is voluntarily and knowingly provided by the User himself.
